This 60-minute workshop, The Family Thermostat, is thoughtfully designed for families with young children. Parents will be introduced to a gentle, practical tool for navigating high-stress tantrum moments, grounded in the powerful concept of co-regulation.

This workshop is presented by Westcoast Childcare Resource Centre (WCCRC). WCCRC provides information, referrals, training and resources to families, individuals and organizations who are seeking the best child care and early learning.
