MY LIFE KIT is an all-in-one booklet to centralize personal information, medical history, emergency response procedures, and community resource contacts. MY LIFE KIT is ideal for seniors, people with chronic illnesses, and people who live alone. In the event of an emergency, MY LIFE KIT will help Emergency Responders to help you.

MY LIFE KIT is provided free of charge through the generous contributions of the BC Association of Community Response Networks (BCCRN). The BCCRN is a provincial network working to stop elder abuse and neglect across British Columbia. Marpole Oakridge Family Place hosts a chapter of the BC Community Response Network.

Where to keep MY LIFE KIT?

Place MY LIFE KIT on the fridge with a strong magnet. In the event of an emergency, MY LIFE KIT will help Emergency Responders to help you. Place one sticker decal on the front of your fridge, and one decal near the front door inside your home.
