Our Parenting Programs are educational courses that teach parents and caregivers general parenting skills and help them to develop and maintain positive relationships with their children.
Our Early Childhood Educators and Family Support Facilitators provide a free one on one parenting support service to assist parents and caregivers with specific parenting and child development issues for children aged 0-6 years.

Dad and Me

The program offers a full hot breakfast followed by an interactive circle time including singing, storytelling and fun activities. Join us for this joyful morning and meet other dads with children in the community. The program is free for members. No registration required.

Mother Goose

A group of parents or caregivers and their children for introducing the pleasure and power of using rhymes, songs and stories to the children.

Healthy Helping

Social participation and wellness workshops to promote health and safety for the seniors. Promoting volunteerism among the group and other generations.

Food Skills For Families

Hands on cooking activities to assist the families to make healthy food choices and to build skills and knowledge that lead to greater consumption of vegetables and fruits.

Nobody’s Perfect

Parent education and support program for parents and caregivers with children up to six years of age. It will be offered in both English and Chinese languages.
